Comedians Collapsing on Stage, What's Going On?
Just a quick thought on this video that has been going around, and people wondering whether Ms. McDonald might have been suffering a reaction to the covid injections. I watched it and, thought, no, she’s just been “stricken by the spirit.” (alternatively Slain by the Spirit) Growing up, at least partially, evangelical Christian, this is something you would see happen from time to time, and perhaps regularly for some. It’s been 30 years since I’ve been in an evangelical church, but old thinking habits die hard I guess.
Based on what this woman is saying, from the evangelical perspective, it is not at all surprising that she was stricken down, nor that she lived through it and appears to be on the mend. God is not mocked. No adverse reaction needed to explain this one.
Thankfully, for Ms. McDonald and the rest of us, being “stricken by the spirit” is non lethal, but if I were her I’d do some soul searching and some praying. By the time she hears the thunder, it’ll be too late.

She was slain by the spirit alright. The spirit of satan. I just mentioned somewhere else how uncanny it is that 100s, if not thousands of people have either dropped dead or had a heart attack almost immediately after bragging about how many gene therapy shots they took... God will not be mocked indeed.
The audience thought the collapse was part of the gig.
Wonder how long it took for it to be seen as an emergency.
The laughing would not be funny in retrospect.
Her jokes were sick.
